2. Let's chat
If it looks good, we’ll get in touch to learn more about you, your land and the local area.
3. Further studies
We will then ask for an exclusivity period so we can run more detailed studies - at no cost to you.
4. Offer & planning
If it still stacks up, we’ll send over a simple commercial offer while we prep the planning application.
5. Construction & beyond
Once planning’s in the bag, we’ll build the project and handle all the maintenance afterwards.
